Some would argue thatones ability determines everything. They hold thatopportunity is the most critical factor in bringing about ones success. It isnot enough for one to have competence and you must have a chance to exerciseyour qualification and present it. 　　In my point ofview, the way to success is a very complicated question which involves manyjoint factors. For one thing, we must have a wide range of knowledge in manyfields; for another, wed better know how to grasp opportunities where we can takefull advantage of what we have learned. Most importantly, perhaps, whatever wedo, we must do it consistently and carefully. Only in this way can we realizewhat we want to be and achieve something。
